Thank you for considering a Tree's Custom Bow. The information on this page is extremely important and I have done my best to be as clear and concise as possible. If you have questions or need something clarified, please contact me by e-mail or phone. I want your questions answered and you to be satisfied with the bow I build for you. Please pay close attention to my warrantee. Especially concerning negligence and abuse which is not covered under my warrantee. I cannot be responsible for damage you cause to your bow. I require a $250 deposit at the time of the order. I will give you a lead time for completion of your bow when I receive the order and deposit. I will then contact you when the bow is finished and you will have 30 days to pay the difference. If after 30 days of non-payment when bow is complete and you have been contacted, the bow will be placed in stock for sale. Deposits are non-refundable after the bow is started.

After you have filled out the order form send it with a USPS Postal Money Order or Personal Check for your deposit to the address below. Personal checks must clear before bows will be started or shipped. I am sorry but I do not take credit cards.

WARRANTY
I offer a 3 year pro-rated warranty on craftsmanship to the original owner only. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover negligence or abuse. I reserve the right to inspect bow damage before honoring warrantee.
- 1st year: 100% replacement of original cost.
- 2nd year: 75% replacement of original cost.
- 3rd year: 50% replacement of original cost.
Examples of negligence or abuse are as follows:
- Leaving bow strung in hot vehicle or window during extreme heat.
- Dry Firing bow or shooting arrows too light. Arrow weights of no less than 8 grains per pound are recommended.
- Shutting vehicle door on bow.
- Dropping or throwing the bow.
- Altering the bow in any fashion.
- Shooting your bow with strings less than 12 strands which will lead to damaged tips and tip failure.
